Sales Administration Coordinator


PURPOSE OF POSITION:
MDF budgets, MDF and sales related chargeback resolution, and various special projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze numerous MDF budgets for Regional Sales
Process MDF and Sales Deduction claims through Claim Hub
Work with Sales in order to reduce monthly chargebacks
Analyze chargeback process and design a way to lessen number of deductions or process more efficiently so end number is reduced
Assist with special requests

Performance Standards (How will duties be measured)
Budget analysis should include distinguishing which programs will be most effective and will generate the most profit in the future
Preparation and processing of payments should be accurate and payment should always be made in a timely fashion.
Processing of payments through Claim Hub should be accurate and should always be allocated to correct cost center, customer, and material group
Chargeback rate should be monitored monthly to ensure that processes and consistently reducing chargebacks.
Prioritizing special requests and completing accurately and with great timeliness.

Basic M/S Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
Accounting/Finance degree
Account Reconciliation experience a plus
Experience in a corporate environment

CMD Controlling Department- Various Reports, Budget Control
General Ledger- Monthly closing
Sales- Chargebacks, MDF processing and analysis
Marketing- MDF and KMDF review, price updates
Various Departments- Various ProjectsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
