Position
Summary:
IT DIRECTOR
Networking
Plans and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate leadership.
Oversees the implementation of network security at the corporate level.
Oversees Citrix environment and hosted data center operations.
Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs.
Oversees entire corporate network as well as company website.
Manages email and internet services.
Bridges communication between manufacturing operations and network.
Telephone
Oversees the planning and management of the company's telephone system (including wireless) and manages company-wide upgrade efforts.
Help Desk Administration
Oversees the management of corporate help desk activities and resolves escalated issues if necessary.
Asset Management
Helps establish and build relationships with vendors in conjunction with corporate leadership.
Oversees all IT-related purchasing and budget usage; works with accounting to develop budgets.
Holds responsibility for capacity planning and scheduling vendor negotiations related to IT.
Communication
Ensures department is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within the company.
Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors.
Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
Promotes the company through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations.
Management
Exercises staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives.
Holds responsibility for IT staffing (3 to 4 direct reports) and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.
Report directly to Chief Financial Officer.
Teamwork
Reinforces team approach throughout practice both on client projects and internal initiatives.
Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization.
Ensures regular team and practice events take place away from the office.
Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
Internal Operations
Reviews status reports of Project Managers and Senior Managers and addresses issues as appropriate.
Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.
Enforces standard company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of information technology experience with increasing levels of management responsibility is required.
ERP business management software experience a must and Sage ERP MAS 500 experience a plus.
Proven experience in managing projects at all stages of the systems development life cycle.
Proven ability to successfully deliver technical solutions to business problems.
Proven management, leadership and coaching skills in a large team situation.
Proven ability to listen and communicate with business users and technical staff.
Proven project planning and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work with business users and IT technical staff in a team environment.

Degree Requirement: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an information technology related major is required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
