Apartment Resident Services Coordinator
This person will be responsible for planning, coordinating and hosting weekly resident events and quarterly large events while obtaining sponsorships. They will also be responsible for marketing the property and attending marketing events in the area. Weekend continental breakfasts will need to be planned, coordinated and set up on Saturdays and Sundays along with weekly continental breakfast that needs to be stocked.
This position will also serve as a part time leasing consultant. The role of a Leasing Consultant consists of being part of a winning sales team, customer service, implementing all marketing campaigns and maintaining the leasing center to a five-star standard for our residents and guests. The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration, maintain a low delinquency as well as renewing the leases of existing residents. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, lowering delinquency, resident retention and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a polished, well-spoken individual that will be the face of the community and can leave a positive first impression creating WOW moments for our guests! The Ideal candidate does not need previous experience as a leasing consultant, just the drive to succeed. Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of social media and marketing are strongly encouraged.
