Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative functions for overall office coordination, and is expected to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, innovation, student success, integrity, and diversity in the performance of job duties.
Essential Functions:
Maintain calendars for Campus Administration as needed.
Based on new student enrollments and withdrawals, maintain all academic databases.
Under direction of Campus Administration, distribute curriculum, and update and keep record of curriculum inventory.
Assist with student state testing as needed.
Assist with tours as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience in an educational setting A passion for education and working with students, staff, and families Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills Exemplary customer service skills and a collaborative working style Strong communication skills, both oral and written Ability to manage multiple priorities High standards, attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy Computer skills, MS Office, school programs helpful but not required Respectful, kind, warm, professional and approachable Interested candidates are encouraged to complete an online application and submit the following supporting documentation:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
