Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure services.
Excellent documentation and organization skills, keeping you on-track with a prioritized workload to achieve your goals and expected requirements in your position.
Ability to pass an enhanced background check to comply with the North Carolina Alarm Board's certification process.
Be at least 18 years of age with a high school degree or equivalent.
Be a US citizen or a resident alien.
Be of good moral character with temperate habits (no criminal record).
Preferred:
Previous experience with an MSP company.
Previous experience with MSP-centric PSA/CRM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Autotask, etc).
Continuing education certificates:
CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft Certifications etc in relevant fields.
Hands on experience with cyber security concepts and best practices (cryptography, multi-factor authentication, etc).
Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2020) support experience.
Windows Active Directory (User Profile Management, GPO), Exchange Server, RDS, etc.
Other Cloud Based Solutions and Services support experience.
Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
