Option of working from home two days a week in the future Commercial Insurance Agent/Producer Requirements 5 years B2B sales experience Active Property and Casualty License Two plus years in commercial insurance sales insuring businesses, preferred Experienced sales professional with proven track record may be considered Top notch Personal Insurance professionals interested in learning commercial insurance Risk management graduates with competitive drive to succeed Thorough understanding of commercial insurance products, preferred Associate's degree or higher Live within 25 miles of the office Effective cold calling experience Thorough, analytical, consultative approach to assessing business risk Service minded sales professional who enjoys meeting clients need and ensure coverages are set up correctly Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer-centric approach and ability to build rapport with clients Effective organizational and time management skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Cultivate strong relationships with business owners and markets for business-to- business opportunities, providing support and addressing requests, concerns, or changes promptly and professionally.
Risk Assessment:
Thoroughly Identifies exposure to loss and recommends appropriate coverages through consultative and needs analysis.
Completes applications, proposals, and binds coverage.
Performs mid-term policy reviews.
Policy Management:
Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and cancellations as requested and per regulations Claims Assistance:
Guide clients through the claims process, assisting them in filing claims accurately to ensure smooth resolution Record Management:
Maintain robust, accurate, and organized client records and notes using our CMS system Educational Outreach:
Proactively educate clients on policy details, coverage limits, and potential risk factors, empowering them to make informed decisions Conflict Resolution:
Address client complaints, providing empathetic and effective solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and pursue sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, out in the field everyday meeting prospects and getting in front of decision makers to expand our client base.
Actively solicit increases in coverage or rounding out accounts.
