Responsibilities:
As a Senior Fullstack Java Engineer/Principal Architect, you will be responsible for:
1.
Developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software systems using Java and other modern technologies.
2.
Working closely with other engineers, architects, and product managers to design and implement scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions.
3.
Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents.
4.
Assisting in the development of project timelines and managing against them.
5.
Mentoring junior engineers and assisting in their professional development.
6.
Ensuring the adherence to software development methodologies, standards, and best practices.
7.
Conducting code reviews and maintaining high standards for code quality.
8.
Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and technical issues.
9.
Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies and applying them where appropriate.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need the following:
1.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in full stack Java development, including experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
3.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior engineering or architectural role.
4.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
6.
Proven ability to design and implement complex software solutions.
7.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8.
Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
