The Company sources business through direct marketing and has an extensive business referral network that includes healthcare providers and law firms.
We're seeking a Intake Coordinator to join our Huntersville, NC team.
Essential functions Review intake queue throughout the day, ensuring all potential new clients are contacted immediately.
Complete intake with prospective.
Send required paperwork via text and/or email.
Represent company values often as the first representative to engage with our clients.
Accurately enter intake data into company case management software.
Triage incoming intake calls, faxes, and emails to appropriate destinations.
Provide excellent customer service.
And other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Excellent telephone and electronic communication skills Excellent customer service with eagerness to build relationships.
Self-motivated and self-directed prioritizing tasks based upon volume of incoming intakes.
Works well among a team environment Positive, multi-tasking, and ambitious attitude.
Detail and goal oriented.
Solution focused.
General understanding of healthcare and/or med-legal terminology is a plus.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
