We're seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our Huntersville, NC team.
Job Duties Assist in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various role Facilitate the new hire orientation process, including benefits enrollment, new hire announcement, database update, background checks, and create employee's personnel file Respond to verification of employment requests as needed Assist in employee benefits administration and facilitate open enrollment processes Perform monthly reconciliation of benefits premium billing with the accounting team to ensure proper invoicing Performs audits on employee records and make relevant updates in HRMS system Assist with coordination of the company events Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for organizational improvement Assist and facilitate employee recognition and outreach initiatives Assist with coordination of the company events Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources 2-5 years' experience or internships in HR or related field Knowledge of HR practices and personnel laws is strongly preferred Must be able to multitask, problem-solve, and implement innovative processes within a fast-paced environment Must be detail-oriented Must be able to conduct themself as an HR Professional and always as a member of the HR team.
Ability to organize and prioritize projects and systems such as files, office supplies, etc.
Able to work in a positive manner with internal and external personnel at all levels.
Able to maintain confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
