About the Role:
ProactiveDealer Solutions is looking for an Office manager who is a team player thatwill be a part of their fast-paced environment.
This individual will beexpected to enhance office effectiveness by providing support relating to theday-to-day operations regarding office administrative tasks, employeeexperience, and light accounting duties.
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
Oversee and support all administrative duties in theoffice and ensure that the office is operating smoothlyPerform receptionist duties:
greet visitors andanswer and direct phone callsManage and oversee travel arrangements foremployees, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to company policiesResponsible for expense tracking, reimbursement, andmaintaining accurate records.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders asnecessaryReceive and sort incoming mail and deliveries andmanage outgoing mailIdentify opportunities for process and officemanagement improvements and design and implement new systemsProvide other administrative support as necessary,including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, andcreating reportsAssist in researching, planning, and executingCompany eventsCollaborate with others in Accounting, Finance,Information Technology, and Human Resources departmentsLight bookkeeping and data entryAdditional duties as assignedProtect the organization's value by keepinginformation confidentialIdealCandidate:
Proven experience in office management,administrative, and accounting roles Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, vendors, and auditors QuickBooks and Excel proficiency Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US Must be located within a general 25 mile radius of Huntersville, NCAdditionalImportant Information & Offerings:
