We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and lease enforcement in collaboration with the Property Manager.
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and assist in the tenant application process.
Property Maintenance:
Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and property repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Oversee property improvements and renovations, coordinating schedules and budgets.
Financial Management:
Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and manage property expenses, including invoices, rent collection, and accounts receivable/payable.
Support in financial reporting and analysis as required.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant interactions, and property maintenance activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence related to property management.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the Property Manager.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and property laws.
Stay updated on property management regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

years of experience in property management or real estate.
Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing procedures, and tenant relations.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
