Position Description:
The Program Sales Specialist will work with customers across regions/markets to help them maximize the value of manufacturer programs with ATD and ancillary ATD programs.
This centralized approach will also enable the team to be closely aligned with Merchandising PODs and Category management teams to ensure prioritization of focused monthly work instructions by Manufacturer for the Program Specialists.
The team will provide a Monthly/Quarterly calendar of customer engagement schedule, published in advance, for clear visibility to the field for those items & programs we are supporting.
All program specialists will document all conversations with customers in CRM for visibility to field reps of discussion topics, feedback from customers and follow-up actions.
Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Development Carry out supplier and contract management tasks to support advertising/promotion/other marketing campaigns.

Information and Business Advice Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
