We're on the hunt for motivated and talented individuals to become a part of our high-energy national sales team! As a National Sales Team Member, your mission is to take inbound leads from all corners of the nation and turn them into success stories.
You'll be at the central headquarters, guiding and consulting with a diverse range of prospects and, most importantly, closing deals.
While we can provide the right sales knowledge and training, what we can't teach is the right attitude and mindset.
What you will be doing:
Nurturing leads and successfully converting a targeted percentage of them.
Selling memberships over the phone and securing payments.
Educating consumers on our membership options and the fantastic services we offer.
Identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
Hitting those sales targets out of the park.
Ensuring a top-notch customer experience characterized by professionalism and courtesy.
Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity goals through savvy telephone-based customer acquisition techniques.
Committing to continuous self-improvement through product knowledge and sales skills training and coaching.
What You Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for inside sales.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Sharp listening skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
A goal-oriented mindset with a dash of competitive spirit.
The flexibility to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Resilience in the face of rejection, with an unshakable commitment to the sales process.
Adaptability to a rapid-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with Google Suites and CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
