Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Analyst - THNC is to assist THNC leadership in developing business analytics related to creating, maintaining and reporting against supply chain KPIs, business initiatives and vendor/customer requirements.
Supporting companywide initiatives as it relates to the commercialization of our supply chain.
Position is a partner with Senior Vice Presidents/International and Domestic inventory teams/Vendor Relationship Directors and FP&A personnel to provide appropriate analytics, metrics and reporting to meet internal and external needs.
The job also has responsibility for recommendations to support various supply chain initiatives that may or may not be directly related to the 3PL business.
Along with companywide initiatives, there are regional projects the Supply Chain Analyst will review and analyze data to assist and execute activities surrounding supply chain opportunities.
From time to time presentations are given from the Supply Chain Analyst to the Executive Team regarding KPI's, performance and profitability of the 3PL business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Supply Chain Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting in developing business analytics as well as all business related elements of the 3PL business:
including input on business strategy, pricing, business justifications, billing, on-boarding of new customers and vendors, establishing new procurement practices, inventory management, ensuring best in class fill-rates and in-stock rates, KPI reporting, IT enhancements, etc.
Manage ad-hoc analysis and projects that support core business activities including new business analysis, distribution network changes, system implementations etc Collaborate with THNC leadership to define, refine and execute business strategy Support THNC Leadership in securing new business, and on-boarding of new customers and vendor Work closely and collaborate with 3PL customers across a broad spectrum of topics to include but not limited to assortment planning, inshore and offshore ordering, transportation planning, financial modeling, 3PL customer billing matrix maintenance and more.
Support, communicate and collaborate with vendors/customers as needed for issue resolution and relationship maintenance Coordinate with procurement teams and ATD Operations leadership to ensure accurate unit forecasting / Demand Plans that meets vendor/customer expectations Maintain required business reporting for Supply Chain initiatives to include LMD, Cross Dock and Middle Mile Distribution Coordinate with IT for process development/refinement of the systems supporting the business processes Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements and collaborate effectively to develop solutions Key Partners (Positions):

4 year accredited college degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Technical area.
Business experience preferably in inventory/purchasing with exposure to forecasting and replenishment concepts/systems/processes and data analysis is a plus.
Experience:
Strong analytical background preferably in inventory/purchasing with exposure to forecasting and replenishment concepts/systems/processes.
Experience and success working in team environment.
Industry and product exposure helpful.

Strong analytical capability with aptitude to navigate large quantities of data efficiently and identify trends or inconsistencies Well versed in supply chain and reporting systems, as well as advanced Microsoft excel skills Ability to extract information from systems and analyze clearly and efficiently - Excel power user and Oracle Discoverer (or similar database query tool) intermediate user Good procurement and inventory management concept/process understanding Good understanding of Oracle, Demand Planning (DP) and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) concepts and functional processes a plus.
