IT Service Desk Consultant

Main Tasks Operate as a skilled contributor to the Americas IT team while being a respectful member within the global IT and liaison to other company colleagues, customers or partners IT troubles.
Provide both 1st and 2nd level support to end users reacting and remedy service level tickets.
Creation of knowledge-based articles and assisting with IT documentation Assist in support and maintenance of Burkert standardize equipment throughout the client life cycle (e.

Provisioning, Deploying, migrating user-data, asset inventory, removal and protection of company data, recycling) Support security compliance, software licensing requirements and change management authorization approval process.
Support the activation and deactivation of end user within associated applications, devices, peripheral within the environment.
Maintaining data consistency and quality within specific assigned applications.
Respond to proactive manage alerts or troubles within the data network and assist with resolution of any computer base equipment errors, outbreaks and alerts with determination to engage higher level IT resources as necessary.
Education and Experience Computer Certificate or Approved Technical School program preferred The ability to lift equipment over 23 Kilograms / 50 lbs.
Higher level understanding of MS Windows, Office (especially Excel), Active Directory, Group Policy, Client Management suites for autonomous delivery of applications as well as WSUS and experience working with enterprise Antivirus / Antimalware security suites.
Prefer Knowledge of SAP ERP, Dynamics CE and working within a central helpdesk tool Knowledge or previous work experience within high tech manufacturer is preferred Highly responsive with strong communication skills in simplifying complex technical issue to non-IT staff English language required where alternate Spanish, Portuguese or German is a plus.
