Requirements:
- Barista experience preferred, but not required - Positive, proactive, and friendly attitude - Flexible schedule - Works well under pressure - 15-35 hours/week Pay Base hourly rates from $9-11/hour plus cash and pooled tips (average of an additional $5-7/hour!) Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Always on time and shows up to work with a positive, proactive attitude - Making and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee, specialty espresso drinks, and beer/wine - Welcoming customers and helping them to determine their coffee interests - Educating customers about the menu options - Opening and closing the shop - Cash handling - Maintaining inventory daily - Keeping equipment clean and in running order - Basic food preparation and service Job Types:
