- Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children - Provide support and guidance to children in a preschool and early childhood classroom setting - Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions among children - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in a daycare or preschool setting - Assist with daily activities, including feeding, diapering, and toilet training for toddlers for nursery classrooms - Collaborate with lead teachers to execute educational activities and lessons and daily operations - Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime - Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behavior Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members - Patience and compassion when working with children with special needs or challenging behaviors - Ability to follow instructions from lead teachers and work collaboratively as part of a team - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic understanding of curriculum development for preschool-aged children Note:
Experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
