In this Property Manager role, you must have real estate experience to oversee day-to-day operations and management of residential luxury community of 300 units.
The successful candidate will have experience in financial management, building maintenance, property inspections, tenant relations, and achieving investment objectives while satisfying tenants and operational goals.
What You'll Do:
Perform property inspections on a routine basis to ensure the visual appeal of the property and to maintain hazard free conditions.
Prepare, execute and monitor the operating budget.
Hire, train, motivate and supervise all on-site staff.
Ensure that collection procedures are followed and court papers are filed correctly and timely when necessary Coordinate with maintenance and make-ready staff to ensure timely recondition of apartments after move-out.
Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner.
Make sure that all bank deposits are made immediately and deposits are reported to the corporate office on a daily basis.

Requirements:
Experience with One site & Knock software is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years as a Property Manager.
Knowledge in processing applications from beginning to end.
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects Job Type:
