Responsibilities:
This position does not currently have any supervisory responsibilities Position Summary The Inventory Specialist is a detail-oriented position that supports the Tag Room and other Inventory tasks.
They work mostly independently, so will be accountable for completing much work without close supervision.
The Inventory Specialist will receive, label, appropriately put away, pull, and stage tag-related inventory on a daily basis.
They will regularly need to read, comprehend, and complete excel spreadsheets and other computer programming to efficiently manage all daily inventory functions.
Key Responsibilities Pulls and stages tags for Production and Shipping departments Receives inventory Performs basic inventory transactions in the company's MAS ERP system Determines proper location for inventory, transfers bins when necessary Puts away inventory in proper locations and insures system is updated Consolidates and determines when more space may be needed in specific inventory areas Proactively reviews receiving information to determine if any re-organization is needed for placing incoming inventory Other duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications Basic Office 365 skills in Excel, Outlook and Teams etc.
Ability to read, comprehend, and compete data workbooks Ability to work independently and complete tasks without supervision Ability to work as a team player Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate well across all departments in the organization Strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years' Inventory Experience Forklift Certified Knowledge of Metrolina tag terminology Prior experience with inventory management/ERP Systems Job Setting & Physical Demands This position is primarily in a covered area, but may be required to work between locations and within an indoor office environment for administrative duties, which may require the use of computers and standard office equipment.
Fluency to read, write, and understand the English language is required.
Must be able to work in all outdoor elements, including dust and allergens.
Position requires long-term ability for standing, sitting, squatting, bending, reaching, and twisting on a regular basis to fulfill essential duties.
Candidate must have the ability to operate all machinery necessary within the department and across the facility, including but not limited to driving the scooter.
Employee must have the ability to life 35 pounds unaided, 50 pounds with assistance.
The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, however overtime and weekend work is required during peak seasons.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
