Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Huntersville, North Carolina would like to add an Emergency Veterinarian to our team! We are a busy emergency service which employs multiple doctors and a committed team of strong technicians, including a dedicated ICU team to care for hospitalized patients 24 hours/day.
There is a strong sense of case sharing and communication between our services which is facilitated by twice daily rounds.
Quality of life outside of the practice is something we strongly support.
For this reason, the majority of our ER vets work a combination of daytime and overnight shifts, never more than 4 shifts in a row, with large blocks of time off.
This position will allow you to live out the benefits of generous compensation that will exceed that of most general practice jobs with more time off to enjoy life.

Snyder Intensive Care Units In-house laboratory (Heska, IDEXX, e-POC, coagulation) SurgiVet Multi-Parameter monitoring systems 3 Toshiba high-resolution ultrasound machines including ER FAST scan 24-hour care & hospitalization Digital radiograph New 128-slice CT Scanner State of the art facilities Endoscopy, including fiber otic & bronchoscopy CUBEX Inventory Management System At CVS Huntersville, we take the health and well-being of our employees seriously, offering flexible working conditions and encouraging a well-rounded work/life balance.
Guaranteed minimum base salary of $175,000 for an experienced emergency clinician, in addition to a gracious sign-on bonus of $25,000.
